We ship physical footwear only to the destinations offered at checkout. Availability depends on the product and its stocking location.
Dispatch and delivery
- Locally stocked products: some products are held in the destination country, such as the United States. These are dispatched within 3 days after payment confirmation. Delivery then follows the local carrier’s transit times.
- Products stocked in China: dispatched within China to our international freight forwarder within 5 days after payment confirmation. International delivery then typically takes 8–15 working days.
Transit times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs processing, holidays and carrier disruptions can cause delays. Contact us if you need to confirm the stocking location or delivery estimate before ordering.
Track your shipment
Use your tracking number at 17TRACK, or email services@vavoren.com with your order number for assistance. Tracking updates may take time to appear after handover.
